Overview

A floor built for serious work

Twelve lifting platforms, six competition rigs, dumbbells to 150 lbs, sled track, SkiErgs, assault bikes and rowers — zoned so strength, conditioning and Olympic lifting never compete for space.

Every bar is oiled, every cable inspected and every machine serviced on a weekly rotation. If something wears out, it is replaced the same week.

Frequently asked

Do I need experience to use the platforms?

No. Your free orientation covers setup, safety arms and etiquette, and coaches supervise every session.

Is there really no waiting for equipment?

We cap floor capacity and duplicate the most-used stations, so peak-hour waits are rare and brief.
